This update adds a few features that many of you have been asking for. You can now enable build steps for lists by adding build-lists: true at the very beginning of your markdown file. When presenting, this allows you to step through list bullets one by one to keep your audience focused on what you’re currently talking about. When we designed Deckset’s themes we wanted to make sure that all the different font sizes we use to go well together, and to be easily readable for your audience. However, we realize that there are situations where you just need to fit one more bullet point on the same slide, or even a lot more content because the deck isn’t used in a traditional presentation setting.ĭeckset 1.5 makes this really easy: when you add more body content (paragraph text, lists, etc.) to a slide than there is room for, we now have an option that scales it down to make it fit. ![]() Just add autoscale: true add the very beginning of your markdown file. Using multiple images on a single line results in a row of images.Īdding another line of images creates a new row of images. If an empty line is left between two lines of images a paragraph space appears between the rows. Get creative by adding and using different quantities of images on multiple lines to create image grids. Lead with a image and follow up with paragraph text for dead simple text and image slides. Normally an image is treated as a paragraph element, which means the slide layout and type sizes have a certain look.īut, sometimes it’s nice to have the style and bigger type sizes of a ‘heading only’ slide. You need to create two headings, to one heading add your text. To the second heading add directly after the #, then the image syntax-without any extra text. This ensures the image will scale to the available space, here is the example markdown:ĭownload the Markdown file to see all the image updates in action.
